BEKO METPOINT® PRM: High-precision pressure sensor
 
METPOINT PRM pressure transducer measures relative pressure (excess pressure) in gases and liquids and converts this measured value into a linear output signal. The pressure transducer converts the physical pressure into an electrical signal proportional to the pressure.
 
METPOINT PRM uses thin film technology sensor. The main body and diaphragm of the metal thin film sensor are made of 1.4548 stainless steel material on the membrane side that is aligned with the EMS expansion strip insulating layer medium. The compensation resistor and the strip conductor are bonded together by chemical and physical means and photographically structured by etching the resistor layerThe generated and conductive strips formed on the sensor are significantly smaller than a micrometer, so they are called thin-film resistors.
